1. Delivery Overview

We aim to make receiving your order as smooth and reliable as possible.
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), Chanel Islands and Isle of Man.

If you would like delivery outside the UK, please contact us at fundraising@reminduk.org before placing your order.


2. Delivery Options & Charges

We offer the following delivery options:

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.


3. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 – 3 working days of receiving payment.
Please note that during busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, including your Royal Mail tracking number.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using your Royal Mail tracking link or by visiting:

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at fundraising@reminduk.org


5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch with us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund once Royal Mail confirms the loss.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, severe weather, or incorrect delivery addresses).


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
We can’t accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of ordering.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it, but an additional postage charge may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email fundraising@reminduk.org within 7 days of receiving it, including your order number and photos if possible.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


8. Click & Collect

You can choose to collect your order for free from The ReMind UK Centre, Royal United Hospital, Bath, Bath, BA1 3NG. We’ll email you once your order is ready for pickup.
