1. About Us
This website is operated by ReMind UK, a registered charity in England and Wales (1042559).
When you purchase from our online shop, you are supporting our work to help people living with dementia and their families.
2. Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirmation.
This confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract until your payment has been processed and your items have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

Payment has not been received, or

There is a pricing or description error.
If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a full refund where applicable.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT (where applicable).
Delivery costs are added separately and shown before checkout.
We accept payment via Debit/Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service availability.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at fundraising@reminduk.org.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To return an item, please email us at fundraising@reminduk.org with your order number and details.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by emailing fundraising@reminduk.org.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage costs where applicable.
7. Donations and Gift Aid
If your purchase includes a donation or Gift Aid declaration, please note that only voluntary donations qualify for Gift Aid, not the value of goods purchased.

We take your privacy seriously.
