Return policy
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 28-day return policy for any product purchased from our website.
We will replace the goods or refund your money, providing the product is returned, in it’s original packaging, complete and undamaged.
Order delivery costs will not be refunded.
Faulty or damaged products.
If your goods are faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us first at: fundraising@reminduk.org to arrange a return or a replacement. The reason for this is if the product needs to be exchanged, we can reserve it for you.
Returns process
Please contact us first via email at: fundraising@reminduk.org to arrange a return or a replacement (this is in addition to your statutory rights).
Pack any goods you wish to return securely to prevent damage in transit and please complete and include our Delivery/Returns note as we cannot accept returns or process refunds without this.

Please note that we do not cover the cost for returning your goods, unless in the instance that they are faulty. We recommend that you use a signed for service.
We reserve the right to return the product to you if it is not returned to us in its original packaging, complete and undamaged. If you are in any doubt please contact us first on fundraising@reminduk.org
Processing your refund
We will email you to let you know when your refund has been processed. Returns will be processed within 7 working days of the date of return and are refunded back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be credited to your account.
Return restrictions
Our returns promise does not apply to:

Cancelling an order
It’s not possible to make changes to an order. If it is too late to cancel your delivery, any unwanted items will need to be returned as outlined in our returns policy.
To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please email fundraising@reminduk.org as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once an order has been placed.
If you cancel your order in accordance with this policy, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item and the item’s normal delivery charge.
