Our vision
Our vision is a world where early intervention wins to improve the lives of millions more people across the world. Dementia should be diagnosed early and accurately, with a range of treatment options as well as the right support available.
Our mission
Our mission is to get ahead of the diseases that cause dementia through delivering expert research; assessing and diagnosing as soon as possible and reducing and managing the impact of dementia through optimum treatment and support to improve quality of life, helping those affected by dementia live well for as long as possible.

Strategic Objectives 2025 - 2027
Advance
Increase participation in world class international clinical trials and research, enabling families to benefit from cutting edge research and be part of the solution, whilst also looking at ways to support those currently living with dementia.
Empower
Deliver and develop high quality, funded services, supporting those impacted by dementia and their families, as well as partnering and working with others. We will focus on early intervention and prevention, alongside the other aspects of our work in research and support.
Enable
Develop post diagnosis support through building connections and resilience in people impacted by dementia whilst also inputting into the development of ReMind UK.
Connect
Increase the profile of ReMind UK in order to increase understanding of our work, promote our activities and attract fundraising and engagement in our research, support, services and volunteering.
Grow
Maintain and develop existing fundraising channels. Plan and invest in resource to broaden ReMind UK’s portfolio of income streams and grow income trajectory. Further develop funding opportunities to enable ReMind UK to diversify income to support the service, research and post diagnosis activities we provide.
Secure
Improve and optimise our financial position with robust internal processes and focusing on a diverse range of income sources to support those living with dementia.
